REGARDING DELIVERY BEFORE CHRISTMAS 2017
Delivery before christmas possible only to mainland England excluding the south west if ordered and paid for before 17th December 2017.
If you have paid for an order after the 16th December 2017 we may not be able to guarantee delivery before the 24th December. Please call to confirm if delivery is possible on 01572 755110.
Our factory is closed from the 24th December to the 5th January, and therefore these are not working days in the context of our "working days" delivery promises.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FACTORY IS CLOSED FOR THE XMAS HOLIDAYS, ANY DELIVERY PROMISES DO NOT INCLUDE THAT PERIOD. IF YOU ORDER IN THE WEEK PRIOR TO XMAS IT MAY TAKE US UNTIL THE 3RD WEEK OF JANUARY TO DELIVER, IF YOUR ORDER IS NEEDED URGENTLY PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO ORDERING.
YOUR ORDER WILL NORMALLY BE DELIVERED WITHIN 15 WORKING DAYS FROM PAYMENT BEING CLEARED (SCOTLAND AND MORE REMOTE AREAS MAY TAKE A LITTLE LONGER). IT MAY BE DELIVERED DIRECT FROM OUR FACTORY BY VAN OR BY COURIER, IF IT IS DELIVERED BY VAN THE DRIVER MAY TRY TO CONTACT YOU PRIOR TO ADVISE A DATE AND APPROX TIME.
IF YOUR ORDER IS SENT BY A NATIONAL COURIER SERVICE AND YOU ARE OUT WHEN THE COURIER CALLS HE WILL LEAVE A CARD - PLEASE READ THIS CARD FOR FULL INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO GET YOUR ITEM. THE COURIER WILL ONLY ATTEMPT DELIVERY TWICE BEFORE AN EXTRA CHARGE IS APPLIED. WE WILL FORWARD ALL TRACKING EMAILS FROM THE COURIER TO YOU. IF YOUR ITEM IS NOT AS DESCRIBED THEN WE WILL ARRANGE A COLLECTION AT NO COST TO YOURSELF AND REFUND THE COST OF THE PRODUCT AND ANY CARRIAGE AND PACKING COSTS.

CHANGE OF MIND
IF YOU HAVE A CHANGE OF MIND WITHIN THE FIRST 14 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY AND HAVE NOT ASSEMBLED THE PRODUCT YOU MAY RETURN IT TO US FOR A REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE SMALL PRODUCT IMPROVEMENTS WITHOUT NOTIFICATION. A COLLECTION CHARGE SHOULD BE REQUESTED BEFOREHAND IF YOU ARE NOT RETURNING THE PRODUCT. IF YOU WISH US TO COLLECT THE GOODS PLEASE ASK FOR DETAILS, THE COST WILL NORMALLY BE £35.00 INCLUDING VAT FOR COLLECTION OF A BED FROM MAINLAND ENGLAND OR WALES AND £55 FROM MAINLAND SCOTLAND SOUTH OF DUNDEE.
